Wisefab Rear Knuckle Kit for BMW 3 Series E36

Wisefab rear knuckles for BMW E36 and E46 are engineered to be exceptionally strong and rigid while remaining relatively lightweight compared to OEM parts. Constructed from high-strength steel, these knuckles feature an upgraded 4-bolt wheel bearing design, dual brake caliper mounts, and an easy-to-use toe adjustment system, allowing you to enhance your car’s overall grip potential.

When using a single caliper, all E36 and E46 rear brake setups—except for the E46 M3—are compatible. For dual-caliper configurations, E46 330 brakes with 320x22 mm discs must be used. The minimum wheel size required with 330 brakes is 16”. Wheel and tire clearance remains identical to the stock knuckle.

30-spline driveshafts are required, and we recommend the Wisefab Halfshaft Kit. These knuckles are designed for coilover suspension systems. Note that stock upper arms will not fit without modification. Installation requires no changes to the body or chassis and can be done using the stock front bracket, though for maximum grip, suspension travel, and toe control, some modifications are recommended.

• Ride height: 465 mm
• Maximum: 750 mm (650mm when increased grip is used)
• Minimum 420 mm (380mm when stock upper spring seat is notched)

Notes regarding fitment: This kit requires coilovers. OEM wheel speed sensor can be used. Minimum wheel size is 17".
