Product Ranking Transparency
At DriftShop, our priority is to help you quickly find the perfect part or equipment for your project. To achieve this, we use various ranking algorithms. Here is how they work.
1. Default Ranking: "Relevance"
When you perform a search or browse a category, the default ranking is based on "Relevance." This system aims to prioritize products that best meet the expectations of automotive enthusiasts. The main criteria used are:
- Best Sellers: Products favored by the DriftShop community.
- Availability: We highlight items in stock at our Ensisheim warehouse to ensure fast shipping.
- New Arrivals: The latest technical innovations and new brands added to our catalog.
- Information Completeness: Products with precise technical descriptions and high-quality photos.
2. Sorting Options Available to You
You have the freedom to change this ranking at any time based on your specific needs via the sorting menu:
- Price (Low to High / High to Low): To manage your build budget.
- Best Sellers: To rely on the choices of fellow drivers.
- Alphabetical Order: For searches by brand or product name.
3. Sponsored or "Featured" Products
Some products may be identified with a specific label (e.g., "New" or "Top Seller").
- New Arrivals: To see the latest stock.
- Top Sellers: Indicates the most frequently purchased products recently, based on actual data.
4. Customer Review Transparency
The reviews displayed on our product pages are collected via our trusted third-party partner, "Avis Vérifiés" (Verified Reviews), which is NF Service certified.
- Authenticity: Only customers who have actually purchased the product can leave a review.
- Review Ranking: By default, reviews are displayed from newest to oldest. You can also filter them by rating.
- Moderation: No review is deleted based on its rating. Only insulting, illegal, or irrelevant messages may be rejected.
