On-site pick-up - Drift & Collect

Our Berrwiller warehouse has become too small! Due to the move of our stock and logistics to new premises in Ensisheim, we would like to inform you that our Click & Collect will be closed from 19 September inclusive for an indefinite period.

However, you can still visit us by appointment, in particular to try out pilot equipment or pay for an order on the spot. We invite you to contact us by e-mail to schedule an appointment, at [email protected] (specify ‘Request for showroom appointment’ in the subject line).

When you select the "Drift & Collect" delivery method, your order is prepared by our team and made available for pick-up at our location at 5 rue de la mine in Berrwiller (68500).

When can I pick up my order?

Your order can be picked up during the opening hours:

Monday: 1pm-6pm
Tuesday: 9am-12pm | 1pm-6pm
Wednesday: 9am-12pm | 1pm-6pm
Thursday: 9am-12pm | 1pm-6pm
Friday: 9am-12pm | 1pm-6pm

It may require half a day of preparation time depending on its content.
As soon as your order is ready for pick-up, you will be notified by email and SMS confirmation.

Important information

Please note that our "Drift & Collect" delivery method only accepts payment by credit card.
Only items in stock at our Berrwiller warehouse can be picked up on site.
Don't hesitate to also visit our showroom!
