What was previously impossible to guarantee is now a reality. With the new Wera torque wrench, wheel nuts and bolts can now be loosened without compromising the internal mechanism of the tool. The secret lies in deactivating the torque function.

Simply slide the switch to the torque lock position to neutralise and protect the mechanism. The torque wrench can then be used as an extension with a ratchet mechanism. The result: no additional tools are needed to change wheels. A significant time saver and an economical solution, without compromising on reliability!

This 5-piece Wera set includes a Click-Torque Lock C 3 torque wrench (40–200 Nm) with a "Torque Lock" function, which allows the torque mechanism to be deactivated so that the tool can also be used for loosening operations. Torque adjustment and release are audible and tactile for precise work. The tolerance is ± 3%, in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-1:2017-07.

The set also includes three 8790 C Wheel Impaktor sockets with a 1/2" drive (17, 19 and 21 mm) with free-rotating plastic coating, ensuring increased working speed, optimal guidance when screwing and effective protection for wheel rims. For quick identification, the "Take it easy" system uses a colour code associated with each size, allowing you to instantly find the right socket for the job.

A 125 mm 8894 SC extension, equipped with a cross hole and ring socket, allows secure attachment of the safety pin and safety ring of machine operated tools. The set is stored in a sturdy textile case with a "Twist to Unlock" mechanism, ensuring that the sockets are held securely in place, protecting them from loss and allowing quick access thanks to the integrated rotation system.
