This Turbosmart IWG75 internal wastegate actuator makes the most of your turbocharger's capabilities by significantly improving its response and boost pressure over the entire RPM range. With the increased diaphragm size and new spring rate, the actuator is also able to handle boost and back pressure more efficiently.
When used with the standard boost pressure, the Turbosmart actuator is able to widen the boost and torque curve through peak boost being achieved earlier in the RPM and being held longer, into higher RPM. Pressure management is also more precise.
This universal product with 1/4″ UNF 150 mm long thread is compatible with a large number of turbochargers with internal wastegate. Some fabrication is likely required, including additional hardware such as clevis and brackets.
