This Tomei Y-pipe is made entirely of titanium, in Japan, and is compatible with all versions of the 350Z (280, 300 and 313 hp, and VQ35DE, VQ35HR engines). The use of titanium allows a weight reduction of about 5 kg, whilst being larger in diameter, stronger and superior in corrosion resistance to the OEM part. Unlike the standard version, this "resonated" Y-Pipe is fitted with two silencers, in order to significantly lower noise levels without compromising performances. Ideal to pass the sound meters on the track !
This kit contains all required fittings, grease, gaskets, stickers etc...
Warning : for easier installation, we recommend fitting this Y-Pipe with the specific Tomei crossmember. Otherwise, you will need to modify the original crossmember (see photo), because of the larger diameter of this Y-Pipe.
