Under hard use — especially on track or in drift applications — OEM rubber transmission mounts on BMWs quickly show their limits. Wear, tearing, and excessive flex lead to unwanted drivetrain movement, which can cause mechanical issues and compromise shifter precision.

This Delrin solid mount kit eliminates those issues by removing all flex from the original mounts, resulting in better drivetrain responsiveness, more direct power transfer, and improved long-term reliability.

This upgrade is highly recommended for any performance or racing use. It's especially crucial if your BMW is equipped with a chassis-mounted short shifter, where soft mounts often cause vague or inconsistent shift feel. With solid mounts, gear engagement becomes sharper and more precise.

Installation is straightforward, even without a lift — jack stands are enough. Simply support the transmission with a floor jack, remove the crossmember, replace the two mounts, and reinstall. This kit replaces the following OEM part numbers: 22316799331, 22316771219, 23711137817, 22316799845.
