On BMW E8X and E9X models, the OEM differential bushings tend to wear out quickly. These models share a similar rear subframe, which houses two front bushings and a larger one at the rear. Made of rubber, these parts are effective at absorbing vibrations, but they deteriorate over time — even under normal daily driving.

When the bushings are worn, the differential starts to move with every acceleration, causing clunking noises and putting other components, such as the driveshafts, under abnormal stress. This is why replacing them is essential to preserve the performance and reliability of your drivetrain.

This kit is designed to permanently eliminate these issues. It includes three bushings made from Delrin, a material as strong as aluminum but much better at filtering vibrations. The inner sleeves are machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, combining lightness and strength. Unlike other kits, this one features a unique design: a special inner sleeve compresses the differential against the subframe once the bolts are tightened, ensuring a firm, play-free fit.
