To easily charge your Lithium ion battery or any type of battery, choose the Shido Powersport charger. It comes with a set of clamp connectors.
The Shido 12V 4.0A battery charger features an advanced charging algorithm, specifically designed to safely charge LiFePO4 lithium and lead-acid batteries.
To preserve battery lifespan, the charging process starts with very low voltage and current, then gradually increases. Applying high values too early can lead to premature battery wear.
Likewise, using chargers that deliver a voltage above 15 volts for an extended period can seriously damage a lithium battery.
Once the battery is fully charged, the Shido dual-mode charger automatically maintains the charge by checking the voltage every 4 hours.
If the battery voltage drops below 12.8 volts, the charger automatically restarts the charging cycle.
