Attention! This kit does not include all the components required for a Z transmission swap into a Nissan S-Chassis. Depending on your setup, you may need to add a custom driveshaft, bearings, and specific bolt kit.

OEM 6MT Transmission Assembly for Nissan 350Z (VQ35DE) Specifications

This genuine 6-speed manual transmission is suitable for all Nissan 350Z Z33 and Infiniti G35 V35 models equipped with the VQ35DE engine. It is not compatible with VQ35HR engines. This is a brand new, complete transmission assembly, certified and guaranteed by Nissan.

This CD00A series is the latest version updated by the manufacturer and replaces the CD000 to CD009 series produced from 2002 to 2006. Particularly robust, it has the same characteristics as the CD009, with triple cone synchronisers used on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears and double cone synchronisers on the 4th gear.

Adapter Kit for Nissan 350Z / 370Z Gearbox on Nissan SR20 Engine

This adapter kit allows the following components to be fitted together :

• Nissan 350Z / 370Z (CD001 / CD005 / CD006 / CD007 / CD008 / CD009) gearbox
• Nissan SR20DET, SR20DE engines

Why make this conversion ? Withstanding up to 1500 Nm and with a fairly low second hand price, the Nissan 350Z / 370Z gearbox is both incredibly strong and cheap : it is one of the most affordable and reliable upgrades for highly tuned cars used in competitions. This kit can also be used when converting an automatic transmission to manual, OEM Nissan gearboxes becoming rarer and more expensive. 

The adaption plate included in this kit is designed and made in Europe, CNC'd from aviation quality forged aluminium. Widely used in motorsports for several years, it offers both stiffness and perfect alignment between the engine and the transmission. The adaption plate comes with all necessary parts for installation (bolts, accessories), and we also offer different optional clutches for a bolt-on installation, depending on your requirements.

GKTech CD009 Shifter Relocation Setup Specification

The V2 CD009 gearbox shifter relocation kit is designed as a bolt-on solution for fitting CD009 and CD00A transmissions into Nissan S and R chassis vehicles (and potentially others), correcting the common issue of the shifter sitting approximately 6 inches too far back. This setup repositions the shifter to just 85mm from the rear gearbox mounting holes, delivering a more natural and ergonomic driving position.

Developed entirely in-house, this system is the result of over 200 hours of design, prototyping, and testing to ensure optimal performance and fitment. The final version includes a built-in reverse lockout for added functionality and safety, making it a well-rounded upgrade for both street and motorsport applications.

GKTech 350Z Gearbox Cross Member Specification

The V2 GKTech Z33 350Z / Z34 370Z gearbox crossmember is designed as a bolt-on solution for installing these transmissions into an S-chassis equipped with an SR20, CA18 or KA24 engine. It is engineered to work with the OEM S13 / S14 transmission mount.

Note: Nissan transmissions are pre-filled with fluid to prevent corrosion of internal parts during storage and transport. This fluid is not intended for use and must be replaced with suitable transmission fluid before driving the vehicle.
