Motul Transoil 10W30 has been specially formulated for gearboxes with wet clutches using a different lubricant from the engine oil (gearbox case separated from engine crankcase). It is compatible with motorbikes of all types and sizes, as well as mopeds, scooters and quads. For example, it is ideal when manufacturers recommend for the transmission an SAE 10W30 engine oil or SAE 80 gearbox oil.
This mineral transmission oil facilitates gear shifting, deposits a highly resistant film of oil between the gears and prevents clutch slippage while keeping clutch discs clean. It also has extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-foam properties.
