On the dyno, this Mishimoto intake delivered maximum gains of 12 whp and 14 wtq, all while retaining the stock tune on the MK7 GTI test car! These power increases, combined with a more aggressive intake sound, make this intake an excellent upgrade for both street and track use.
The black powder-coated airbox prevents hot air from entering the filter, helping to reduce intake air temperatures. The included SAI filter and dedicated port allow this intake to work seamlessly with both SAI and non-SAI systems.
