Loctite EA 3498 exhaust sealant makes it easy to fit exhaust joints and gaskets and ensures optimum sealing by plugging leaks for correctly channelled gases. It also eliminates unwanted noise and prevents smoke emissions. This sealant can be used to assemble all exhaust system components such as pipes, manifolds and mufflers.

Easy to apply, without tools, this white paste becomes permanently resistant 24 hours after installation and can withstand particularly high temperatures, up to 800°C, for total reliability even in extreme conditions. This product is guaranteed asbestos-free. It can be stored for 12 months in a cool, dry place.
