Loctite 271 threadlocker seals threaded fasteners to prevent loosening and leakage due to shock or vibration. With its low viscosity, it offers a high-strength bond for permanent locking, suitable for large-diameter bolts and studs (up to M25) and for applications where product migration must be avoided.

This acrylic threadlocker is effective on all metals, including stainless steel, galvanised steel, aluminium and brass. It tolerates slight contamination from industrial oils (motor oil, rust inhibitors, cutting fluids, etc.) and is fluorescent so it can be checked under UV light.
