Koyo Performance offers these universal aluminum intercooler cores for all custom projects. Tried and tested in competitions such as D1GP, Formula D Japan and the MSC Challenge Series, these extruded tube and fin cores allow ambient air to penetrate and eliminate the “brick wall” effect characteristic of conventional bar and plate cores, enabling efficient heat transfer from the charge air and reducing the risk of heat loss, while offering better cooling of other peripherals.

Highly resistant, these intercooler cores are also up to 50% lighter than their standard bar and plate counterparts. They are available in several sizes: 450 x 131.4 x 60 mm, 565 x 347.4 x 60 mm, 605 x 251.4 x 60 mm, 594 x 275.4 x 100 mm, 700 x 263.4 x 100 mm. As these products are universal, adaptations to fit your car are necessary.

• Core 565 x 347.4 x 60 mm : Excellent for larger than typical bumper openings or modified bumpers for increased intercooler size
