Offered by IRP, this kit of adaptor brackets for the BMW 1 Series E8X allows an extra pair of rear calipers to be fitted without welding and without any special modifications.
This kit must be fitted with a second set of E8X or E9X calipers. It is then possible to install a hydraulic handbrake on an entirely separate and independent circuit, a great solution for drift use.
Installation requires :
- OEM rear knuckles (left 33326774807, right 33326774808)
- Two pairs of E8X rear calipers : 130i, 135i, 123d (not supplied)
- Two pairs of E8X or E9X rear calipers (for hydraulic handbrake) : 118i, 120i, 316i, 318i, 320i, 318d (not supplied)
- Brake discs 336 x 22 mm (not supplied)
- Hydraulic handbrake(not supplied)
