GKTech Start Button Relocation Loom Specification
One issue we noticed with the ZN6/ZC6 chassis when fitting a hydraulic E-brake is the placement of the start button. Most enthusiasts, like us, prefer the E-brake mounted centrally and close to the dashboard for a clean, street-style look.
Installing the E-brake in this position can block easy access to the start button. Drawing inspiration from other models that don’t have a centrally located push button, we designed a custom plug-and-play wiring loom, allowing you to relocate the start button to any position you prefer.
Along with the plug-and-play loom, we also provide the part number for the OEM plastic trim that has no opening for the button, helping maintain a clean and seamless interior: Plastic trim part #SU003-10422.
This solution isn’t just for those installing a custom hydraulic handbrake—it’s perfect for anyone wanting to move the start button anywhere in the cabin. Want to impress your friends with a hidden start button? The choice is yours!
