The GKTech hydraulic handbrake system with remote-mounted lever allows the installation of a hydraulic handbrake in setups where a traditional hydraulic system cannot be fitted. Whether due to the shape of the center console, the handbrake, or the gear shifter, the remote hydraulic system can be a solution when a conventional hydraulic setup is not possible.
The remote hydraulic system relocates the master cylinder onto a secondary bracket connected via a sheathed cable. This secondary bracket is then positioned approximately 60 cm behind the lever. Relocating the master cylinder significantly reduces the size of the bracket at the handle area, allowing compatibility with a wider range of applications.
The supplied cable length is 555 mm (measured between the handbrake cage and the master cylinder bracket). Thanks to the CNC-machined aluminum handbrake handle, the assembly remains lightweight while being extremely strong, ensuring even load distribution across the entire handbrake assembly.

With the above hose kit, fitment will be direct on the vast majority of cars used for drifting (Nissan S13, S14, S15, Skyline, BMW E30, E36, AE86...). The hoses provided simply replace your stock rear brake line, and add the handbrake assembly into the middle. They connect at the front to the master cylinder/ABS unit and into the rear caliper T-piece at the rear of the car. See the picture below for a diagram.

"Line Lock" output hose (180 cm) : same as above, including a 1/4 turn valve directly connected, ideal for shutting off your rear hydraulic brake circuit.
