GKTech CD009 Shifter Relocation Setup Specification

The V2 CD009 gearbox shifter relocation kit is designed as a bolt-on solution for fitting CD009 and CD00A transmissions into Nissan S and R chassis vehicles (and potentially others), correcting the common issue of the shifter sitting approximately 6 inches too far back. This setup repositions the shifter to just 85mm from the rear gearbox mounting holes, delivering a more natural and ergonomic driving position.

Developed entirely in-house, this system is the result of over 200 hours of design, prototyping, and testing to ensure optimal performance and fitment. The final version includes a built-in reverse lockout for added functionality and safety, making it a well-rounded upgrade for both street and motorsport applications.

Please note that this kit is not compatible with gearbox yokes larger than the OEM Z33 unit (90mm outer diameter). Fitment is based on common engine setups such as SR20, KA24, VQ35/37, and RB20/25/26. Engines positioned further back in the chassis may result in the shifter sitting further rearward accordingly.
