The FuelTech NanoPRO module combines three products in one: it is a wideband O₂ sensor controller, a dashboard display and a switch panel. This highly integrated solution for measuring and controlling the air/fuel ratio (AFR) is ideal for enthusiasts and professionals seeking reliable, accurate and connected monitoring via CAN bus. The NanoPRO has an IP67 protection rating, making it ideal for marine, off-road and automotive applications.
As a wideband O₂ sensor controller, the NanoPRO is compatible with five sensor models: Bosch 4.2, Bosch 4.9, Bosch 5.2, NTK ZFAS and NTK Wideband. It maintains the sensor at an optimal temperature for accurate measurements thanks to three configurable heating modes: normal, fast and current-limited, as well as auto start-up. It also features an extended reading range with state-of-the-art hardware for fast and accurate measurements, reaching values slightly below 0.21 λ.
The NanoPRO also functions as a dashboard display: with its 2-inch colour touchscreen, the secondary display function allows you to view information such as oil pressure, fuel pressure, boost pressure, engine speed, engine temperature, and much more. Up to 5 customisable screens can be configured.
Finally, the NanoPRO acts as a switch panel because the touchscreen also features virtual buttons, operating via a CAN bus connection to your FuelTech ECU. This allows you to add functionality without using analogue inputs.

Connection requirements:
The NanoPRO has a 12-way connector with 3 wire groups. One of them has the connector for the O2 sensor, the second makes the CAN communication with Power FT ECU’s and the third is responsible for power and analog output. The FuelTech NanoPRO has the same connector as the already established WB-O2 Nano, so if the vehicle already has a Nano installed, just disconnect it and install the new NanoPRO in the place that the probe signal reading will already be working.
