The Eventuri intake system for the BMW F87 M2 Competition delivers a power gain of 12 to 20 hp by optimizing turbo efficiency. Replacing the stock airbox with patented Venturi housings and smoothly curved tubes ensures laminar airflow, allowing the turbos to spool with less resistance. Since there are no openings behind the grille, sealed ducts have been added to keep intake temperatures to a minimum. The combination of Venturi housings, organically shaped tubes, and closed ducts creates an optimized intake system, setting a benchmark for this platform. The patented carbon fiber housing with custom Gen 2 filters provides an aerodynamic airflow path from the filter to the turbos, leveraging the Venturi effect and maintaining laminar flow to reduce resistance and maximize turbo efficiency.
