This 100% bolt-on Cybul engine swap kit allows you to install an N62 V8 in a BMW 3 Series E46. It's a complete solution, compatible with all the versions of N62 engines, and requires no welding or bodyshell modifications. Like an OE fit, the bonnet closes without any problem. What's more, this kit places the engine as far to the back of the car as possible to ensure optimal weight distribution, while the TIG-welded oil pan supplied is the lightest on the market.

With its 4.8 litres, the N62B48 is the engine of choice for the E46, not only for its affordable price but also for its remarkable power of 360 hp and 489 Nm of torque. Its performance can still be improved with easy tuning, making the N62 a more attractive option than the S65, especially when considering cost-effectiveness. This kit comes with all the parts needed to install the V8 in the engine bay.

Important notes : This kit locks the steering wheel adjustment in the most up and rear position – there is no room in the engine bay for any adjustment. Depending on the chosen gearbox, modification of the driveshaft, gearbox mount, and gear leaver may be required. Stock N62 exhaust manifolds fit after a little modification.
