This Cybul stainless steel exhaust manifold for the Mazda MX-5 NC 2.0L features a 4-in-1 design with equal-length runners. This complex solution guarantees an optimum torque curve and a high power gain.

This manifold is the result of rigorous development using 3D CAD software to ensure perfect geometry and flow dynamics, as well as direct fitment without modification. Each runner was meticulously measured to maintain an equal length with a tolerance of just 1 mm. The gas flow was also analysed to maximise efficiency and performance in all rpm ranges.

The manifold is manufactured using the most stringent production methods, using CNC templates and laser-cut tubes. All joints are TIG welded for unrivalled reliability and argon purged to ensure smooth, contaminant-free interior surfaces, which promote the flow of exhaust gases. Finally, the manifold flange has been planed to ensure perfect alignment with the engine block, eliminating any risk of exhaust leaks.

With its design and welding processes subjected to a season's worth of endurance racing tests, this manifold is truly ready for the toughest conditions. During dyno sessions, this manifold and a simple remap enabled the Mazda 2.0L engine to produce 204.6 hp and 226.4 Nm.
