This Castrol Transmax Dex III Multivehicle universal oil has been formulated for automatic transmissions and is also suitable for some power steering units. Due to its high thermal stability, it prevents deposits formation and oil thickening for extended lubricant and transmission life.
It provides smooth shifting thanks to the improved friction coefficient characteristics, while its high stability over a wide temperature range ensures excellent protection of the transmission or power steering unit.
Castrol Transmax Dex III Multivehicle meets the industry standard Dexron II/III and Mercon. Please note: it is not suitable for applications requiring Mercon V, Merco SP or Dexron VI. This oil also has the following manufacturer approvals:
