Designed by our partner MZR Garage, this kit allows you to adapt a Bosch knock sensor to a Toyota 1JZ, 2JZ, 1UZ or Nissan RB20, RB25, RB26, RB30, CA18, SR20 engine. It includes the Bosch sensor, an adaptor and everything else needed to ensure a quick and easy installation.
The knock sensor's role is to detect engine noise at different frequencies and send a signal to the ECU. Knock is caused by uncontrolled combustion in the combustion chamber and is a serious threat to engine health.
