This coolant does not have any antifreeze feature. In fact, water is the most heat-carrying liquid. This means that among the different components of a coolant, water contributes the most to cooling performance. However, water alone cannot be used in an engine, because it causes corrosion or even failure in the event of freezing. For this reason, coolants are composed of a mixture of demineralized water and anti-corrosion and anti-freeze additives. This Bardahl competition coolant is therefore the most efficient in our catalog, but must be used with caution. We advise you to drain it for wintering and replace it with a conventional fluid if your vehicle is not stored frost-free. The icing on the cake, since it does not contain antifreeze, not only is it more efficient, it is also less expensive to manufacture!

Bardahl Racing Coolant Specifications

This Bardahl coolant has been specially developed for racing and extreme operating conditions. Colourless and ready to use, it improves heat exchange by reducing engine temperature by up to 15°C. It also protects the cooling system and water pump from corrosion and prevents cavitation.

This high-performance coolant also prevents overheating, power loss and mechanical problems. Its formula is safe for aluminium alloys, seals, hoses, as well as plastic, magnesium, copper and bronze parts. Caution: this fluid does not provide antifreeze protection.

How to use: Drain the cooling system completely, then refill with the product.
