Arashi TD05H-BIG16G-8CM Turbo Specifications
This universal Arashi turbo with internal wastegate is ideal for 1.4L to 2.4L petrol engines or 2.8L to 4.5L diesel engines. Its power range is between 280 and 380 horsepower. It features a CHRA (Central Housing Rotary Assembly) with journal bearing, which are characterised by their durability and stability. In addition, journal bearing turbos manage shock and high boost better, and are more affordable than other systems.
This water and oil cooled turbocharger features an anti-surge compressor housing that prevents harmful overpressure from building up in the compressor under wide open throttle. Each Arashi turbocharger is individually balanced under high RPM to eliminate vibration, reduce whistling and ensure excellent sealing.
