The AiM Solo 2 is a lap timer designed for motor sports, both ultra-precise and very easy to use. It receives data from two satellite navigation systems, GPS and Glonass, which makes it much faster and accurate than the previous version with a tolerance of 2 hundredths of a second.

This lap timer has a high contrast display for excellent readability of the data displayed. It offers a choice of 7 different backlight colors to easily adapt to your preferences.

The predictive lap timing feature allows you to compare your current lap to your best lap in real time. The LEDs are also configurable and inform you if you are faster or slower. Several display options are available depending on your needs.

Very versatile, the Solo 2 has two modes: speed races on a closed track or performance tests (for example: 0-100 km/h). For each of these configurations, the lap timer displays all the data in real time and records it for review after each session.

The Solo 2 GPS lap timer lets you create a new temporary or permanent track layout if it's not in its database, whether it's a rally stage or a closed-loop track. With more than 2000 tracks from around the world preloaded, Solo 2 identifies its location as soon as it is switched on. Once you start driving, it automatically recognizes the track's starting line coordinates and begins sampling lap times every time you go past.

The Solo 2 has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity that allows you to analyze data in depth and transfer it quickly and securely to a computer up to 50 meters away without the use of cables. This data can then be imported into the Race Studio 3 software.

With Race Studio 3, you can create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, ECU drivers, math channels, display pages, digital outputs, alarms, shift lights... This powerful software can also analyze all the data recorded by the Solo 2 and download to your PC: graphs, histograms and tables to provide you with objective support that will help you improve your driving and overall performance.
