Specially designed for AEM 50-1215 and 50-1220 in-tank fuel pumps, this pre-filter kit is the fuel system's first line of defence against dust, dirt and other fine particles in the fuel.
Also, petrol that has been stored for a long time is likely to deposit a thick layer of varnish on the pump, the walls of the tank or the pre-filter. The strainer can then become clogged and reduce its flow, resulting in a fuel pump that forces itself harder, to the detriment of its lifespan.
Made by AEM, this pre-filter is compatible with regular unleaded petrol up to E85.
