Adapter Kit for BMW Gearbox on Nissan RB Engines

This adapter kit allows the following components to be fitted together :

• BMW type M50, M52, M57, S50, S52, S54 gearbox (as factory-fitted on various BMW models, such as 530d E39 and 330d E46)
• Nissan RB20DET, RB25DET, RB26DET engines (and their N/A versions)

Why make this conversion ? Withstanding up to 1500 Nm and with a fairly low second hand price, the BMW 530d gearbox is both incredibly strong and cheap : it is one of the most affordable and reliable upgrades for highly tuned cars used in competitions. This kit can also be used when converting an automatic transmission to manual, OEM Nissan gearboxes becoming rarer and more expensive. 

The adaption plate included in this kit is designed and made in Europe, CNC'd from aviation quality forged aluminium. Widely used in motorsports for several years, it offers both stiffness and perfect alignment between the engine and the transmission. The adaption plate comes with all necessary parts for installation (bolts, accessories), and we also offer different optional clutches for a bolt-on installation, depending on your requirements. 

Sachs Optional Clutch & Flywheels

Designed for daily driving and occasional track days, this multipurpose single-disc clutch offers great value for money, all while ensuring a long product life. The corresponding flywheel, which is necessary for installation, is made from high quality lightweight forged aluminium.
