The WL-10 Wireless Intercom is the latest rally intercom technology as the connection is now completely wireless to the crew’s helmets. Based on the Stilo DG-10 active noise-cancelling digital intercom, the WL-10 Wireless has been enhanced further to make it the ultimate in motorsport communications and the world’s first wireless intercom for rallying. The design and features have been refined to provide the best noise-cancelling intercom on the market. In addition, a wireless headset link is available for use on road sections.
The headset key is plugged into the side port and paired with the intercom, allowing the connection to work up to 10 meters away. This allows the crew to exit the car with the headset and continue talking to each other. Powered by the car's 12-volt power supply, the biggest change in this intercom is the wireless functionality allowing you to remove the connecting cables from the crew's headsets.
The headset keys and wireless headsets have their own battery that, when fully charged, has enough power to allow up to 5 hours of continuous conversation. Charging of these elements is done via a USB port. These keys have been designed to plug directly into the Venti WRC, Venti Trophy Plus and ST5R WL headsets.
