Do you offer finance plans or monthly payments ?
Unfortunately, no. Finance plans are only available for French customers, and won't apply to other countries. This option is only available for French customers.

Do you ship worldwide ?
Yes ! We can deliver your order anywhere in the world ! Feel free to place it online, or contact us for any question. Please note : for large orders or specific areas, we may need to quote delivery costs manually. In this case, you will be automatically notified during checkout.

How can I return an item ?
To return an order, use the form on the right of this current page. Login using your e-mail & order number, and specify your inquiry in the contact form. We will reply to you quickly to give you specific return instructions. Please note that FRP body parts, tyres and wheels are not subject to return & exchange options. Also, any package returned without prior validation from DriftShop will be refused.

Is this product in stock ? When will delivery happen ?
Stocks are displayed in real time on our website. You can easily check if a product is available, directly on the product details page. Most of our products are dispatched same day. If a product can't be dispatched straight away, a lead time will be shown. Stock and lead time information is also displayed in real time on your shopping cart.

Which courier service do you use ?
Most of our packages will be handled by DPD, Fedex or UPS. However, since we are using several shipping depots in Europe, depending on order weight and destination, we may use other carriers such as GLS, TNT or DHL. Your order may also be split in two or more packages, without any additional fees. When a package leaves our depot, you will be automatically notified by e-mail, including package contents, carrier name and tracking number.

How much will my order shipping cost ?
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed automatically and accurately on your shopping cart, and during the checkout. You can easily create your shopping cart, and estimate delivery cost and tax rebate.

How to remove VAT for export orders ?
Shipping fees and tax rebate are calculated and displayed automatically and accurately on your shopping cart, and during the checkout. You can easily create your shopping cart, and estimate delivery cost and tax rebate. Please note : some international or export orders may require 2 to 3 days of additional dispatch time, due to customs paperwork.

Is it possible to collect an order from DriftShop directly on site ?
Yes ! DriftShop has a showroom at 4 rue de la mine, 68500 Berrwiller, France, and welcomes you from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (closed Monday morning). Do not hesitate to visit us to make your purchases on site.

Where is my parcel ?
When you place an order, several e-mails will be sent to you automatically : order confirmation, invoice, and shipment notifications. Using those notifications, you will be able to know carrier names, tracking numbers and package contents in order to track your parcels online (this information is also available in your customer account, or using the login form on the right of this screen). Depending on its weight or destination, your order may be split in two or more packages, without any additional fees. Please don't forget to check your "spam" e-mail folder in order not to miss our important notifications !

I received my order, but some items are missing !
Don't worry ! For logistics reasons, depending on its weight or destination, your order may be split in two or more packages. In this case, you will receive as many shipment notification e-mails as packages. Each e-mail will include carrier name, tracking number and the list of items it contains (this information is also available in your customer account, or using the login form on the right of this screen).
