A Story of Passion

A Story of Passion

The American company ARP was founded in the late 1960s based on the observation that at that time there were no commercially available engine bolts and studs strong enough to withstand the heavy mechanical strains caused by motorsport use. Gary Holzapfel, a racing enthusiast, therefore decided to take advantage of his extensive experience as a qualified subcontractor in the aerospace industry to found ARP (Automotive Racing Products).

Initially established in a small garage, the firm has evolved thanks to the quality of its products to become a major company with today 7 operational units in Southern California for a cumulative surface of more than 18,000 m². With thousands of references in its catalog, the brand provides high performance spare parts for passenger cars, but also studs and bolts specially suited to F1, IndyCar, NASCAR and NHRA.
