PFC Brakes (or Performance Friction) is an American manufacturer specialized in high performance braking products for road and competition. The brand's calipers, rotors and pads are renowned worldwide for their build quality and are prized by many motorsport professionals engaged in disciplines as varied as endurance, GT, drift, NASCAR and rally. PFC products are manufactured in the United States with extreme rigor, perfectly reflecting their slogan "No Compromises".
PFC CarbonMetallic Brake Pads
PFC brake pads are among the most efficient on the market in terms of quietness, braking distances, dust emissions and service life. The manufacturer's range includes products that are suitable for fast road use or specially designed for motorsport disciplines. These pads, available for a wide variety of vehicles, benefit from an asbestos-free compound and are pre-treated for rapid efficiency.
PFC Direct Drive Brake Rotors
PFC V3 brake rotors have been developed for competition and leisure use. They feature a grooved friction surface for excellent bite and faster heat dissipation, as well as a separate hat that is very easy to put on and pull off without tools using the manufacturer's patented ring system. These very light rotors guarantee efficient braking with superior control, high endurance and long life.
PFC Brake Fluids
PFC high performance brake fluids have been specially formulated to get the best out of your braking system in intensive conditions. Aimed primarily at motorsport, RH665 has the highest guaranteed minimum dry boiling point of any DOT 4 fluid on the market, while remaining fully usable on the road. Designed for fast road driving and occasional track days, RH605 significantly reduces the onset of fading and stands out for its anti-corrosion properties and high lubricity.
More information
PFC Brakes began producing pads in the 1980s and quickly rose to prominence with its overwhelming NASCAR and IndyCar victories. This notoriety later led the firm to diversify its offer and launch a range of rotors in the 90s, which allowed it to become the dominant disc supplier for Champ Car. In the early 2000s, PFC Brakes took a new step by designing calipers, becoming the first American manufacturer to develop and produce the entire brake system in-house. Since then, the company has continued to accumulate successes: official supplier for the Porsche 991 GT3 Cup and Toyota GT86 Cup series, or for Renault and its R.S.01, not to mention countless victories in motorsport.
