Closed end lug nut for alloy wheels; made from high resistance steel worked with hot forging and subsequent hardening that ensure the class 8 resistance. The zinc plating is resistant to corrosion and helps the nut screwing. Racing use only. Suggested for Quad and SSV.

Evo Corse has been producing alloy wheels and racing accessories since 2002, developed and manufactured 100% in Italy. Evo Corse wheels are made from g-AlSi7, an alloy of aluminium and silicon that lends itself very well to heat treatment, a process that improves mechanical performance by 20%. These exceptional properties currently make it not only the best foundry alloy, but also the most sought-after. Low-pressure die casting is the technique most commonly used for g-AlSi7 alloys: the liquid aluminium at about 700°C is injected into the mold with a pressure of 1.2 to 1.5 bar, so that it fills all areas of the mould and takes the shape of the wheel.

This expertise has enabled Evo Corse to implement their forged wheels on the highest level of competition. Today, these wheels can be found on 4x4s and ATVs in the Dakar Rally, as well as in the WRC and WRX championships. Derivative models for the road have also met with great success: the Excalibur/Sport for the new Alpine A110, for example, or the MonteCorse for the legendary Lancia Delta Integrale.
