This website has been declared at the National Data Protection Authority (CNIL) under number 1485744. It grants unrestricted access to all website users. The purpose is the online sale of car racing automotive parts of which a large portion is not approved for use on the road.

DriftShop is personally responsible for all content on its current website and respects all applied rules imposed for the handling of personal data, and in particular, the (UE) 2016/679 rule imposed by the European Parliament and Council of April 27th 2016, to be introduced as of May 25th 2018 applicable (GDPR). To ensure its proper use, especially for dispatching orders, DriftShop collects personal information. This information is saved on secure servers based in France, guaranteeing their confidentiality, conserved for a duration of 13 months and subject of frequent testing, with the aim of analyzing and evaluating the efficiency of technical and organizational methods, that ensure the security of such data. This personal information can be passed on to third parties, such as transport companies that deliver DriftShop's products in any country. Every customer has the right to access this personal data, to modify or delete it, to ask a limitation or to oppose to the handling any handling of their information, or even the portability of data concerning him and the lodging of a complaint with a supervisory authority.
