AEM Stainless steel MAP Sensor / 3.5 BAR
The MAP sensor (Manifold Absolute Pressure) supports an absolute pressure of 3.5 bars, equivalent to a 2.5 bar of boost pressure. It measures the air pressure in the intake manifold, and transmits this information to the ECU which will calculate the amount of fuel to be injected.
This ultra-precise sensor is particularly recommended for use with AEM ECU solutions. It is manufactured in stainless steel of high quality and has a 1/8 NPT thread (-4 4/16 adapters supplied, see photo).
