Stilo Helmet Specifications
The Venti WRX is the first helmet in the range designed, manufactured and tested specifically for raid and off-road competitions, in collaboration with the best champions in this exciting rally sector. The decision to work on this helmet, available in the Raid and Dirt versions, both certified as full-face helmets, was born from the growing importance of this sector and the requests received from the teams involved in the discipline that currently use Venti, a specific product for the rally sector. The Stilo team has worked hard to identify the key features of this new model, which adapts perfectly to the extreme conditions it must face.
Both the Raid and Dirt versions have been designed to meet the needs of crews using open and closed vehicles and will be available in the catalogue in Carbon and Zero versions, the latter being the lightest and most performing option. The helmet has increased visibility by 34% compared to the ST5 range, allowing drivers to wear goggles commonly used in SSV and buggy vehicles. The new WRX is also produced in carbon with PURO technology made in Italy, which allows the helmet to be significantly reduced in weight while meeting the safety requirements set by the FIA regulations. Despite the significant structural modification that allows for a larger frontal opening, resembling the design of the Venti, the WRX is certified as a full-face helmet and fully complies with safety standards since it has passed the most rigorous tests, like all Stilo products.
How to choose the right size helmet for me ?
Take the measurement of your head circumference above the eyebrows, using a sewing tape measure: this measurement is usually between 53 and 64 cm, with an average of 58 cm. If you plan to wear a balaclava, you will need to take this into account when choosing the size.
This reference table will allow you to establish a correspondence between size and head circumference (in cm) :
