How do I correctly choose the size of my helmet?
Take the measurement of your head circumference above the eyebrows, using a measuring tape: this measurement is usually between 53 and 64 cm, with an average of 58 cm. If you plan to wear a balaclava, this should be taken into account when choosing the size.
This reference chart will allow you to establish a correspondence between size (from XS to XXL) and head measurement (in cm):
