AEM Exhaust Gas Temperature Probe (EGT)

This EGT probe kit consists of an exhaust temperature sensor, its weld bung, and an electrical connector/loom. Unlike most exhaust temperature sensors, it consists of a single K-type thermocouple and the probe is made of platinum (in a protective tube made of Inconel).

This gives unprecedented performance, the signal of the sensor is linear from -40 ° C to 1000 ° C (200 to 849 Ohms), high accuracy, and protection from outside factors (air flow, humidity, etc.), to achieve very rapid changes in temperature.
